Anodizing

The anodized finish has been developed to offer a durable surface without any weight addition.

New Anodized Colors

Frame: Blast Black, Sea Blue, Cherry Red, Blast Silver.

Pre-cut decals: silver, matt black, reflective white.

Powdercoating

Our paint process includes the following stages.

Frame surface preparation, sand blasting, masking of BB fittings, steer and seatpost internals. Epoxy color-powder spraying, Firing at 200°(C). Cooling and accurate removal of all the paint residue at the BB and steer seats.

Decals

We carefully apply deacals directly on the epoxy surface, without overspraying transparent laquer; this method pays in the long term allowing a renewal of the whole deacl-set after the racing season.

New decal sets can be ordered only providing a purchase proof of the original Extralite frame.
