We use different types of transport services, prices are subject to continuous revisions.

Our shop automatically calculates the shipping price and selects possible services based on delivery country and package size.

Registered Transport (Max weight 2Kg) It is a relatively inexpensive shipping service that offers a rather safe shipping for you and a delivery confirmation receipt for us. This involves that someone should be available to sign for the delivery receipt at your shipping address. This service does not guarantee a very fast delivery, average time is 8-12 days in most countries (maximum time 16 working days). Delivery is normally made by local Post service. The Registered shipping can't be easily tracked online as the expensive express services offered by DHL/FedEx etc. Custom duties are applied to the full invoice value, including shipping cost.

PDE express shipping Poste DeliveryInternational Express is offered by Italian Post service however local delivery normally goes through UPS. Average delivery time 5/8 working days, however please note that custom clearance may require extra time.
Delivery requires that someone should be available at your shipping address to sign for the delivery receipt and to pay eventual custom duties. PDE Express service offers covenient rates especially for wheelset and frames overseas shippings. As counterpart it's not easily trackable as the expensive express services.

GLS express GLS Express service offers convenient rates especially for wheelset and frames shippings within EU area. Additionally it offers on-line tracking service. Average delivery time is 3/5 working days.

FedEx Express FedEx Express is a reliable and fast service. Express delivery involves that someone is available to receive it at your shipping address during working hours. Delivery average time is 2/4 working days, depending the Nation. Custom clearance may require extra time.

DHL Express DHL Express is the most reliable and fast service. Express delivery involves that someone is available to receive it at your shipping address during working hours. Delivery average time is 1/4 working days, depending the Nation.

INSURANCE:
We are not responsable for lost or damaged un-insured shippings.
Extralite is responsible of your order till it get picked up by transport company thereafter doesn't respond for lost/damaged shipping unless are insured.
Extralite replaces/refunds lost or damaged shipping only if insured.
