F-1 finishing

Optional anodized finish has been developed to offer an ultra durable surface in our exclusive titanium/bronze shade.

At zero grams, it's the fanatic's chioce!

Declared weights always refers to Medium size in Anodized finish.

As standard finishing front triangle is Powdercoated for durability during real MTB riding conditions and for environmental respect, something

we always like to think about.

Our paint process is done in 8 stages.

Frame surface preparation. The masking of threaded sections, steer and seatpost internals. Pickling. Phosphating. Epoxy color-powder spraying. Firing at 200°(C). Cooling and accurate removal of all the paint residue at the pivot seats.

Average added weight after the painting process is 60gr.

New sticker sets can be ordered only providing the frame purchase proof.

ball burnishing

F-1 rear end is ball-burnished for surface hardening and protection against oxidation.

Untreated 7000 series aluminum is infact extremely rigid and mecanically efficient but can suffer from mud, sweat and atmospherical oxidation.
