Declared weights always refers to Medium size in Anodized finish.

The entire frameset is Powdercoated for durability during real MTB riding conditions and for environmental respect,

something we always like to think about.

Our paint process is done in 8 stages.

Frame surface preparation. The masking of threaded sections, steer and seatpost internals. Pickling. Phosphating. Epoxy color-powder spraying. Firing at 200°(C). Cooling and accurate removal of all the paint residuals at the component seats.

Average added weight after the painting process is 80gr.

We carefully apply stickers directly on the epoxy paint surface, without overspraying transparent laquer; this method pays in the long term allowing a renewal of the whole sticker set after a rough riding season.

New sticker sets can be ordered only providing the frame purchase proof and in the Rc1 case it's required some skill to properly set them on the frame.
